Joseph’s knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach comes from years of entrepreneurial experience not only in Real Estate, but both the construction business and restaurant ownership. As a long term resident of Caledon, Joseph has an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area in both resale and new developments. His devotion to customer care is unsurpassed as he believes strongly in always placing his clients first.

I have worked at a variety of large corporations in the sales department, leading a sales team and providing sales training to new agents. Throughout my career, I have helped many friends and co-workers buy a home when they thought it was not possible. It brought me great joy in researching areas to live in, crunching the data to find out if a home was priced well and I would even guide them in acquiring contractors to renovate a property, that it dawned on me, why not do this for a living. Today I am an active agent dedicated to providing my clients exceptional service for their needs, I go out of my way to make sure their needs are taken care of.
