He knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. Due to a death in the family an old run down home came into our possession. It wasn’t really in live-in condition and needed a lot of work whether we wanted to rent it out or sell it. In an uncertain market any investment to upgrade the property would be a risk without the proper knowledge and guidance. We had given tours to two other Real Estate agents and a contractor. They all gave us bad news and told us not to get our expectations too high, that only a contractor or developer would take on the project and would need to spend a lot of money to make it liveable.
